Our client is a rapidly growing Technology business based in on the outskirts of Cambridge; they are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, great at building relationships with customers and would love to develop their career in administration/ customer service.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Main point of contact for Customer Sales Order queries.
- Processing customer orders within a measurable timescale, and with the highest levels of administrative accuracy.
- Providing technical support on products to customers.
- Working effectively with various departments such as Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Technical Support to manage smooth process for customers.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong desire to ensure customers receive the highest level of service
- Good organisation skills - able to prioritise own time, work under pressure and build good relationships with key customers
