With a growing portfolio of globally-known clients, this creative marketing agency are searching for a Senior Account Manager to provide high level support on one of their largest accounts.
Reporting to an Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will be able to take day to day ownership of accounts and support the rest of the team in ensuring high client satisfaction and an exceptional standard of work is delivered on time and on budget.
Working as part of a client services team the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for inter-department management of strategy, creative & production projects and will be able to confidently manage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally and act as a strong second in command to the Account Director.
This role would be best suited to a talented individual that can demonstrate:
- Experience in an existing Senior Account Manager role or a solid Account Manager looking for career progression.
- Clear understanding & articulation of the fundamental principles of brand & channel marketing.
- Experience in retail design & execution, both promotional & permanent (luxury experience favoured)
- Strong digital awareness, both organic & paid.
- Excellent relationship building skills at all levels.
- Experience presenting to and managing Senior stakeholders both externally & internally
- Management or mentoring experience of junior team members
- Objective driven & commercially astute
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure within the support of a strong team.
