The ONE Group is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most beloved brands in their search to add a Senior Manager to their Commercial Finance function.
This role embodies everything a Business Partner position should entail. You will serve as the lead business partner for one of the company's most critical functions, maintaining constant communication with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Product departments to facilitate high-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborating with data teams to ensure data quality and derive actionable insights.
- Leading business activity development impacting trading and strategic performance.
- Driving planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
- Supporting business case development and competitive analysis.
- Championing financial governance and compliance across all activities.
What does the ideal candidate look like? They are seeking a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong track record of partnering with board-level stakeholders and experience in supporting commercial decision-making. Experience in a B2C environment would be desirable but not essential.
