Job Title: Senior IT Field Service Engineer
Salary: £29,000 + 5K Bonus + Company Car, Fuel Card, Paid Parking, Company Pension
Type Of Employment: Permanent
Location: Belfast
Working hours: Monday - Friday between shifts between 08:30 - 17:30
Are you an experienced IT Field Service Engineer who enjoys being on the road and travelling to different customer sites. If so, we are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join one of our Belfast clients.
As a Senior IT Field Service Engineer you will:
- Travel to various customer locations
- Be required to troubleshoot and repair a variety of IT equipment including Servers, PCs, Laptop, printer and point of sales systems (EPOS) - (installation, configuration, and support)
- Hold or obtain vendor certifications on Servers & Laptops (HP, Dell, Lenova etc)
- Hold or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
- Be a confident communicator
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Work well as part of a team
- Develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with all customers & internal stakeholders
- Form pat of an on call rota
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Have a solid understanding of customers SLA requirement and use initiative to ensure the expectation is met and exceeded.
