A well known technology company in Stamford are looking for a Senior HR Generalist for their Stamford site.

The initial assignment duration is 12 months and 37.5 hours per week, the role is hybrid and the successful person will only be required onsite 3 days per week with the other two days working from home.

The hours are 7am - 3pm to fit in with the staff onsite.

Our client is looking for someone with strong HR generalist skills and ideally experience dealing with union queries.

Your duties will include,

Site specific responsibilities:

* Representing HR as part of the leadership team
* Lead the deployment of the Advancing Workforce Strategy Roadmap.
* Build and maintain a constructive relationship with Unite and local site union reps.
* Representing the site at a national level with wider business
stakeholders.
* Management of the Occupational Health contract.
