SENIOR HR OFFICER

An innovative and world leading specialist are looking for an energetic, pro-active team player to offer hands on HR support to our people.

To be considered for this role you must be available to start immediately and ready to embrace a busy, operationally focused position where you will build and maintain strong business relationships within a fast-paced organisation, ensuring relevant business leaders are supported and coached to help improve business efficiency's.
To succeed in this role you'll need substantial experience of operating in a complex, challenging environment, with the commercial acumen to understand the context of business objectives and how HR can best contribute to success.
Solid up to date knowledge of employment law and the full spectrum of possible HR interventions is essential.

You will need to hold CIPD level 5 or above and ideally will have experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment.
