Working in an organisation with great benefits, a positive working environment, subsidised canteen and an early finish on Friday, we are looking for a senior mechanical engineer to join a dynamic team of mechanical engineers and to interface with other technical disciplines within the organisation.

The diverse role will include producing technical specifications and designs, assessing product requirements, defining manufacturing techniques and ensuring new designs meet the necessary requirements and standards of the industry.

To be successful in this role you will have a relevant degree in mechanical engineering or similar with 5-10 years experience in product development and manufacture, including experience on electro-mechanical packaging (PCB housing, switches, buttons, PCB interconnects, LCDS etc)

You will be proficient in 3D CAD (Creo/Pro Engineer) and have knowledge of thermal design for high density electronic packaging, aswell as plastic injection moulding and materials processing.

You will be customer focused and have full lifecycle experience, with the ability to interface at all levels.

For this role the willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
