I've partnered with an established company looking to offer a high calibre Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to take the next step in their career and move into a Senior QS role.

You must have a background working within the construction / building products sector.

Ideally you will be based in the North West or West Midlands although this role is split between home / office & site.
You will be tasked with supporting an existing customer base and have a key involvement in commercial and contractual aspects of clients' businesses.

These include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing project terms and conditions of contract
• Assisting with / managing procurement of sub-contractors
• Attending project meetings with clients
• Cost planning and control
• Preparing cost and value reports internally
