Senior Recruitment Consultant (Finance - Newly Qualified Desk)

£40k - £60k + bonus + commission + benefits

So, you're an experienced finance recruiter, currently running a successful desk, making a relatively good amount of commission. We'd go so far as to say you probably like the people you work with and could go on for a few more years doing the role you're doing. The question is: do you really want to?
