Senior Recruitment Consultant (HR/Commercial)
£26k - £40k + bonus + commission + benefits
Having experienced unrivalled growth since 2019 - and now the recruitment supplier of choice for increasing numbers of clients across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes - The ONE Group's Northampton office is nothing short of the most attractive place to be when it comes to running a recruitment desk (and building your business and professional reputation) in the Northampton area. This role is to join our Human Resources and Commercial Division, recruiting talented professionals into our clients across the Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire area.

With our Human Resources relationships integral to what we do across the rest of the business, we are on the hunt for a Recruiter who has previously worked - or had exposure to - the local HR market, and is looking for the opportunity to dive head first into their next challenge. We know that the world (and therefore the recruitment industry) has changed (and will continue to do so!), so we focus on more than just how many times you pick up the phone and how many CVs you send to clients. Why send five poor calibre CVs to tick a box for your manager, when you can send two good ones and build more trust with your clients? We get it - and we agree.
From day one you'll receive an intensive induction week tailored to suit you and your experience, followed by regular workshops, reviews and other support and training materials. Our dedicated Talent Team will always be on hand to fill the holes in your knowledge throughout your career with us, and your Manager - an experienced and successful recruiter in their own right - will be a constant source of knowledge and support when you need it. We believe you should never stop learning and want you to feel fully equipped to do your job to the best of your ability.
Due to internal promotions, our current headcount in Northampton sits at six. And that's six motivated consultants working towards the same common goal: growing the Northampton operation.
