I'm looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join this business who are growing at a enormous rate. You'll work in a busy and supportive team, providing first line support to customers through phone, email and remote channels. There will also be opportunities to get involved with Ad hoc project work and deploy hardware and software.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A relevant IT qualification
- Awareness of 1st line issues and fixes
- Ideally experience in a service desk environment
