The One Group are working with a growing company who manufacture Turfcare machinery and are relocating their service team to Burwell, the company have an opportunity for a Service Technician to join the team on a permanent basis. The company are at the forefront of what they do and look to offer high quality service to all their customers.
Joining a close-knit team offering excellent services to their customers you will have the opportunity to work both on site and travelling to customers sites to service and repair customers machinery whether it be mechanical, electrically, or hydraulically focusing on a first-time fix.
The day-to-day duties of the Service Technician include:
- Carry out service and repairs on Toro and other manufacturers equipment
- Diagnose and repair fault whether it be mechanically, electrically, or hydraulically
- Take ownership of customer problems and be pro-active when dealing with customer issues
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained within the workshop and when working at customers sites
The role would suit Technicians who are experienced in the service and repair of agricultural machinery, Turfcare machinery, heavy plant equipment or HGV's who can fault find using different equipment and repair faults mechanically, electrically, and hydraulically.
This vacancy will be working a 40-hour week Monday to Friday with a mixture of workshop servicing and field service work with the company looking to pay up £27,000.00 for the right candidate.
