What you haven't heard until now, is that I am recruiting a hands-on HSE Manager role for one of the world's largest and most successful food manufacturing groups - based right here in Lincolnshire!
The group involved are famous within industry for their high standards, ethical approach and huge presence within the UK food manufacturing world. They offer unparalleled opportunities for future development within the sites and group level.
In this role you will be tasked with ensuring compliance to the site's health, safety & environmental policies and ensuring engagement across the workforce. Outside of this, you'll also be responsible with the "bigger picture" side of H&S - rolling out new initiatives and delivering/tracking new programmes.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in an operational H&S role and manages to achieve the balance between operational elements and achieving success in new roll outs. You'll be managing H&S one administrator who will be assisting you in your varied tasks.
What will you need?
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent - essential
- H&S experience within food manufacturing - essential
- A passion for the subject matter, able to convey enthusiasm
- Experience within the environmental side - waste, water & noise - essential
- Dynamic and resourceful approach to Health and Safety Management
