Software Developer - Peterborough - £40,000 - 9-month FTC

A well-known organisation and one of Peterborough's biggest employers, are seeking a Software Developer on a 9-month fixed term contract.

You will be designing and developing innovative software solutions within a fast-paced environment, and ensuring best practices are followed. Working collaboratively in a small team, there will be occasions where you will be mentoring junior developers and advising on effective solutions.

Working mainly from home, you will be required to work within the Peterborough office from time to time.

To be successful, you will need to possess:

• A solid background in C#/.Net development
• Experience with SQL server
• The ability to multitask across a wide range of development tasks
• Strong understanding of object orientated concepts
• Effective communication skills
