I have JUST the role!

Specialising within the waste management industry, and already very successful, they are looking to triple their revenue over the next 2 years! They are seeking a dynamic and fresh manager to oversee the Development and Business Systems of the organisation.

You will manage all technical solutions and oversee the Development function, whilst playing a major part in the companies' growth. You will implement processes, expand the team, head up multiple projects, and bring the IT function up to date.

Personally, you will bring a particular energy with you. An influencer at heart, fully engaged in your team's career progression, and be a go getter!

Technically, you will have come from an IT business background, and managed the enhancement of an IT function. Experience with Salesforce is a must, bonus points if you've managed the implementation process(!). And of course, a proven background in leadership is also required.

Staff requested to return to the office full-time once it was safe to, I mean you can't blame them with newly designed offices, good music, table tennis, arcade games, a gym on site, plenty of parking and fast food up the road! With offices in Peterborough and Kings Lynn, you can be based in either, allowing ad hoc travel between both.
