Software Incident Engineer



Being a market leader in their field, you will be joining a cutting-edge company who pride themselves on offering a fantastic culture to their employees. This is not an IT Support position, but a technical software Support / Software Incident Resolution Engineer role.

The Role:

  • Providing excellent customer support on the world leading software
  • Working with the tech teams to investigate, fix and deploy patches
  • Onboard new customers
  • Log and fix software tickets (or escalate when necessary)
  • Work closely with the development team to relay any reoccurring incidents


  • Previous Software / Technical Product Support experience
  • Experience with at least one scripting/programming language
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable in a Customer Facing environment
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Excellent Communication skills
