SQL Developer - Reporting, MI

Top opportunity for an SQL specialist to work for a highly regarded financial services organisation who are experiencing a period of rapid growth (50% year on year).

The role sits within the businesses IT Development team and you will support the Database Developer in providing MI and reporting functions. You will need to be experienced with SQL reporting tool SSRS and Data Integration tool SSIS.
This role will play a pivotal part in the Company's strategic drive for automation and offers flexible home working with a day or 2 a week in Northampton ideally, although may consider remote for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and tune the database in line with user requirements.
Translate user requirements into specifications.
Advise users on potential options and work to agree the most appropriate way forward.
Maintain/develop existing MS Access applications.
Create new and maintain old reports.
Develop ETL processes.
Proactively provide suggestions on future automation and enhancements.

Technical Skills
Experience in developing MS SQL databases.
Experience in DB administration.
T-SQL. Writing stored procedures, views and functions.
SSIS
SSRS
At least some experience in MS Access + VBA + ADODB
