Initial 12-month rolling contract based in either Peterborough or Wellingborough.
PAYE: £23.59 p/h Umbrella: £31 p/h

The role:
As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will determine the quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule or independent customer demand. You will also expedite purchase or production orders as appropriate.
Day to day activities will include:
- Maintaining a valid material plan and managing the related exceptions through the inventory planning system/tool
- Get the material in from the supplier (to the master)
- Provide ETA dates based on supplier shipments
- Manage in-transit material to the master
- Own day to day communication and relationship with the supplier
- Own supplier performance management and improvements
- Engagement on the supplier performance escalation matrix aligning with Source To Pay (S2P) & Regional Operating Team (ROT)
- Work on PO releases on the supplier
- Balancing and Re-Balancing inventory within the network
What is required:
- Prior experience with ERP systems
- Previous materials planning experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30.
4 days working from home, 1 day in the office. Travel to Portugal once every 6 weeks.
