Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Adviser to join their recruitment team at their Cambridge office, to help achieve their exciting growth plans. You will need to help source the best and brightest talent to join the business, using creative and innovative approaches to attract the highest calibre professionals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Direct sourcing activities for vacant roles
- Using a range of direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Provide an excellent experience for every candidate from start to finish, from sourcing to closing the offer
- Be a trusted partner both with hiring managers as well as the wider teams
- Be passionate about inclusive recruitment practices and focus on building a diverse and talented candidate pool
- Work alongside the other members of the team to deliver the recruitment SLA across the UK and globally
- Focus on delivering an effective and efficient recruitment process
- Be able to report on recruitment metrics
- Develop strong candidate pipelines through building relationships with potential candidates
- Work closely with stakeholders on headcount planning and forecasting
