We have partnered exclusively with a leading specialist medical equipment manufacturer, based just outside of Cambridge, who are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the leadership team to set up and operate a new HR function. This varied role will require you to manage the recruitment and induction process, be hands on with employee engagement whilst providing your expert advice on employee relation issues and advise on policies & procedures ensuring they are in line with best practice and the company values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction process
- Maximise use of Workable ATS
- Help employees develop continuous L&D plans
- Train colleagues and managers on the appraisal system
- Advise on ER issues
- Reviewing and proposing benefit schemes
- Implement any new policies and procedures
The ideal candidate must have:
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in a senior HR generalist role
- Passionate about talent and resourcing
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office package
