The ONE Group are working with an internationally leading business in their search for a Tax Manager to join them on a hybrid basis in Cambridge, 3 days in office and 2 from home.
This role isn't a standard tax role and requires someone that has a desire to learn and the ability to work independently on projects, facilitating the growth of the tax function within this business. There are tonnes of projects to get involved in, the chance to set up new entities, enhance systems and tech, among other things.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of UK and group tax reports
- Overseeing global tax compliance
- Business partnering with the wider business on tax related issues
- Preparation of outsourced UK Tax returns
Ideally you'll be looking for your second move out of practice, however this role is also open to those moving straight from a tax role In practice. You'll be ideally fully qualified with either CTA or ACCA, but if you're a late stage studier this role is also open to you. You'll need UK corporate tax experience, international is desirable but if you don't have international you'll need to demonstrate the desire to learn.
