We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telephony Engineer to join an expanding team based in the Midlands area. The company is an award-winning, national communications solutions provider with offices across the UK.
This will be a hybrid office / field-based position and there may be the need to stay away from home occasionally. We are looking for someone with a few years' experience working on Mitel Office 250 or telephony cloud-based platforms. It's a varied, position where you'll get involved in installations, diagnostics and maintenance. If you're looking to develop your career and gain further skills, this position would be perfect for you.
The company offices are based near Burton-upon-Trent, so you should live within a reasonable commute from there.
The Essentials….
- At least 3 years' experience on Mitel or telephony cloud systems
- Good understanding of networks and VOIP
- Industry accredited qualifications
- Commitment to customer service
- Ability to pick things up quickly and accurately
- Confident multi-tasking and managing priorities
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Problem solver
