Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a temporary basis.
The role will be part of a small team and duties will include.
- Chasing customer for outstanding debts by phone and email
- Resolving queries, sending copy invoices, delivery notes etc.
- Maintaining customer credit files
- Credit checking and opening new accounts
- Producing credit reports
- Allocating cash and reconciling to bank and ledger
- Sending out statements
- Escalating issues as appropriate
This position will suit someone who is well-versed in credit control and enjoys being busy.
A professional and polite manner are essential attributes alongside strong IT skills, notably in Excel.
Initially based onsite in easily accessible offices in Huntingdon, once you get to grips with the role there could be scope for hybrid working two days a week.
