Temporary Credit Controller.

The ONE Group is currently recruiting a credit control position on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote role in which you will be trusted by the business to represent them from the comfort of your own home, and it means you can also spend more time with your pets!

Day to Day -
* Provide the banking team with account numbers for daily BACS payments received within set deadlines
* Chase outstanding payments from customers via telephone, email, and letter
* Monitor and chase resolved queries with assigned customers.
* Review unallocated cash across all accounts, contact customers to obtain remittance or advice to allocate payment.
* Provide Monthly Cash Flow forecast for the ledger
* Cash allocation for all customers to be actioned on a daily basis.
* Handling, resolving, or delegating queries as appropriate

This role would suit someone who is happy to work in a busy and fast paced environment and is quick to pick up processes. The ideal candidate will be self - motivated, focused and have a proactive and positive approach.
