Within this role, you will be working with new members of staff through to experienced members who wish to step up and become the line trainer or move into management. You will also support training for senior members of staff, new starters and the apprentice scheme that they run.
Included in a typical day will be:
- Leading the team of departmental trainers
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance
- On the Job training
- Train the trainer
- Putting and creating training plans
- Supporting all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Welfare, Quality etc
- Continuous improvement
- Part of the senior management team
- Working with HR and Production to ensure smooth on boarding and qualifications
