The One Group are currently assisting with the recruitment for a talented, innovative and driven Training Manager to grow and develop the learning and development within their established team!

Duties:

• Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure development for current and new employees.
• Liaising with the Head of HR on upcoming projects.
• Understanding the needs within the business and sourcing the correct training and resources.
• Developing internal processes within learning and development.
• Ensuring team managers and senior stakeholders are kept up to date on upcoming training for the team.
• Occasional travel will be involved

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Learning and Development, you must have worked closely with senior management, experience of leading training programmes and identifying needs. Have a approachable personality and be highly personable!

Salary: £ c45,000 + Car Allowance + Yearly Bonus + Private Healthcare and more!
