This is a highly unique opportunity, in a business which is has seen double digit growth during the last five years with a target to double the current turnover in the next five. Words like "fast-paced" or "growth potential" don't really cut it in this context.
Primarily the business are a specialist distributor of household products, serving both B2B & B2C customers, although it's heavily weighted towards B2B. Most deliveries go out in bulk to retailers. With a team of roughly 35 beneath you, you'll be tasked with ensuring maximum productivity within a busy warehouse.
The culture of the business is hugely progressive & modern. There's a relatively youthful senior management team in place who keen to find an agile & dynamic logistics/warehouse manager who can drive the business forward.

What will you need?
- Logistics/Warehouse/Distribution Management background
- Data-driven mindset, ability to manage the warehouse and look at the big picture simultaneously
- Experience of WMS implementation
- Confidence and excellent communication skills
