Warehouse Team Leader - PM Shift
Monday to Thursday 4pm - 00:30, Friday 1pm - 6.30pm

Hands up if you're not an early riser? The thought of an 8 or 9am start ends shivers down your spine?

Well luckily for you, I've got the solution!

This Team Leader role will be working 4pm - 00:30 Monday to Thursday, with a shorter shift on Friday 1pm - 6.30pm. No weekends or bank holidays! Reporting into Shift Manager.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse colleagues and ensuring the tasks are being completed to the right standard

The business is a non-food FMCG manufacturer, with a staff-focussed culture, low rates of staff turnover (no doubt due to the culture), excellent benefits package and drive for improvement.

What will you need?

  • Warehouse/Logistics/Distribution supervisor experience within a customer-focussed business
  • Great leadership skills

  • Ability to work with data
