Our highly respected client who manufacture turfcare and grounds maintenance equipment in Southern Ireland and across the UK are seeking a Warranty and service administrator to join their established team at their office based in St Neots.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure smooth operation and efficient handling of Processing warranty claims and product registrations.
Excellent Microsoft office skills combined with a strong desire to understand the product and services being sold by the company is a huge benefit for this role.
A professional manner when answering calls and greeting visitors is a must for this role as you will be a representative of a business known for its quality and care.
Day to Day duties of the parts advisor include:
- Processing of warranty claims and product registrations
- Producing and allocating training certificates
- Answering technical queries
- Updating CRM records
- Quotations for warranty claims
- Handling quotations and invoicing
- General administration duties
This is a permanent position will be working Monday to Friday and would suit candidates living in and around St Neots and surrounding areas
Salary £20,000 - £23,000
Working hours - 40hrs per week
Benefits: Sick Pay, Death in Service, Group pension up to 6%
