As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will take the lead at a strategic level on development and workforce planning with a strong focus on developing the system workforce and transformation plan. You'll work closely with colleagues to drive transformation and value for money across planning, commissioning, and service.
This 18-month contract is well positioned for an individual who has a thorough understanding of workforce planning, experience of working across senior levels and the ability to make autonomous decisions backed by an understanding of healthcare policies and best practise.
