Are you a HRIS Specialist with an expert grasp of Zoho People?

I'm looking for someone just like you to become an essential part of my clients People Operations team on a contract basis for a minimum of 12 months!

A fully remote role, you'll manage and optimise their Human Resources Information System, ensuring seamless support for all HR functions and processes, and you'll have the opportunity to drive automation and efficiency, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

What You'll Do:

  • System Management & Optimization: Implement and fine-tune Zoho People modules to align with their HR processes.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and consulted throughout the implementation process.
  • Automation & Scripting: Leverage the powerful automation capabilities of Zoho People, including Deluge scripting, to streamline HR activities.
  • Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to staff and system users.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify system requirements and integration opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations such as GDPR.

What We Need:

  • Proven experience working with Zoho People and scripting with Deluge.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR data migration, system implementations, and project management methodologies.
  • A background in software development would be a big plus.
