We are pleased to invite you to Mills & Reeve and The ONE Group's Mock Employment Tribunal on Tuesday 17th September 2024.
During this half-day event, you will receive an overview of Tribunal procedure as well as gaining insight into how an employment tribunal hearing runs in practice. Delegates will hear evidence from the Claimant and Respondent, listen to cross-examination and have the opportunity to be part of panel deliberations and questioning the witnesses. Delegates will hear representatives making closing submissions and the judgment being delivered.
An Employment Judge will preside over the complete Employment Tribunal hearing which is based on a complex unfair dismissal and discrimination claim.
This session is aimed at HR professionals at all levels along with senior managers who may be required to attend Employment Tribunals as witnesses. It will give you valuable insight into many aspects of the Employment Tribunal process, enabling you to support your own internal processes and respond more effectively to Employment Tribunal claims.
Registration is from 08:30 and the event starts at 09:00 and will finish by 14:00. The event will include refreshments, lunch and opportunities for networking.
