Judith is an experienced senior Learning, Talent & Organisation Development specialist with exposure to a variety of industries and sectors, both UK and global. She works with high growth businesses to develop HR strategies, aligning top team and board thinking. Judith also coaches individual senior leaders in a wide range of sectors, from the Master of Clare College Cambridge to the MD of Booking.com, to achieve high performing teams. She has just completed a project in a failing NHS Trust to build leadership capability during tough times.
She developed her leadership and commercial skills as a Senior Leader with the John Lewis Partnership and then went on to establish elconsulting Cambridge Ltd. Her particular areas of interest and expertise are leadership and management development and culture change.
Judith is a Non Executive Director for Cambridge Live, which delivers the Cambridge Folk Festival and Corn Exchange events, the largest entertainment venue in the region.
