Creating an irresistible culture: How to empower your employees with Trust and Flexibility?
The Moller Centre, Cambridge - September 26th, 2017 - 8:00AM – 11:00AM
Our 2017/18 salary survey highlighted that one benefit is desired above all others, flexibility, with more and more employees valuing work/life balance over salary. Companies are questioning whether they can make the jump to a truly flexible and trust led culture.
The ONE Group is proud to host the 1st Annual HR Leaders Debate. An election style debate with a panel of key opinion leaders in the HR and employer relations industry. Our panellists will offer insights into their approach to remote working, flexible hours and employee empowerment, with the audience being given the opportunity to submit questions in advance and discuss the key issues faced when building an irresistible culture of trust and flexibility.
Whether you believe in flexibility or not, our debate is a great opportunity to discuss ideas and learn from others what has or has not worked for them... The debate will be followed by a short networking session and opportunity to get involved in our future events.
