  • Start Time: 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Location: Cambridge

In a world of corporate messages, overflowing email inboxes and hierarchical stalemate we’re asking the question, what does truly authentic leadership and grown up culture look like? How do you cut through the @#%$ and communicate honestly and effectively with your business, team and colleagues?

No doubt you’ve read a number of books or articles about what good leadership looks like, you may have gleaned your leadership style from a previous line manager or even had formal training on how to ‘lead from the front’ or ‘Motivate People’. Despite this, according to a survey conducted by entrepreneur.com, 57% of employees said their executive leadership lacked the ability to communicate clearly, couple this with the demise of face-to-face interaction, we risk losing the authentic nature of real, human and grown-up communication.

The ONE Group have partnered with exceptional speakers across HR, Leadership and Internal Communications to bring you our latest headline event. Suited to HR Professionals, Senior Executives, Team Leaders, Managers and Directors - we will look at reinventing what leadership looks like in your organisation and how grown up communication and trust can transform culture and boost productivity.
