Located in a picturesque village outside St Neots, our client is a leading financial advisory firm committed to guiding their clients toward financial security and success. With a focus on personalised service and strategic planning, they help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

As part of their mission to provide comprehensive support, they are now seeking a dedicated Administration assistant to join their team on either a full time or part time basis.

  • Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments.
  • Prepare and organise meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the director and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Document Management
  • Draft, proofread, and finalise correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and update client records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Maintain customer relations with HNW clients
  • Schedule client meetings and follow up on action items as directed by the director.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the director.

Possessing experience in either the pensions or mortgage sector is very advantageous for this role, along with strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with individuals across all organisational levels and maintaining high standards of work and a positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to empathise with team members.
