I'm looking for a self-motivated and successful credit controller to support on an interim project for an educational establishment in central Cambridge.

This position is temporary to start ASAP and commitment for approx. 4-6 months is required.

You will need to use your credit control expertise to identify outstanding payments and to then chase recoverable debts using your professional and courteous communication skills.

The debts you will be recovering are from individuals/members of the public so a calm, empathetic and supportive approach is required in order to understand the payment issues and work with them to recover payment or to negotiate payment plans.

This role is working full time, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and hybrid working is available if required (2-3 days in office each week is preferred). Due to their central location, there is no on site parking however they are very easily accessible by park and ride, train or bike.
