The successful candidate will contribute to the team's growth by providing professional service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the pre-sale journey through to completion, you will be the one person to interact with that customer from start to finish.

The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Representative role should have prior experience in customer support roles, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate IT proficiency, and showcase the ability to multitask with a flexible approach. The most important element is your attitude, you need a good work ethic, a desire to give the customers the best experience and have a proactive manner for example if customer had an online support but hasn't taken up the offer give them a call and ask if they have any concerns or questions you could help with.

Key responsibilities include initiating contact with customers at the quote stage and guiding them through the entire process, managing customer contacts at various points, collaborating with different departments for efficient issue resolution, assisting in job planning for engineers, data entry on customer portals, workload management, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and engineers.
