With a new CRM system on the horizon, this position will play a key role in that transformation process as well as in any improvements that need doing.

Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, thankQ, Blackbaud etc) and a good understanding of analytic tools (SQL Server, Power BI, Python etc.) are ideal, but a creative mindset, willingness to learn and a sharp eye on the latest tech is essential.
