As part of their mission to provide comprehensive support, they are now seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description:

As an Employee Benefits Coordinator:

  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our clients' employees through the effective management of their benefits programs.
  • Be responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee benefits
  • Manage Adviser Diary's
  • Liaising with Researcher and other team members
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Chase submitted business applications and keeping clients informed
  • Arrange annual Group Risk Renewals
  • Process new group Member applications
  • Liaise with Clients in respect of any queries or updates

Possessing experience in either the pensions or mortgage sector is very advantageous for this role, along with strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with individuals across all organisational levels and maintaining high standards of work and a positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to empathise with team members.
