The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-respected not for profit organisation based in Boson, who are looking to appoint a hands on and commercial Finance Manager to join the team as a Finance Controller, acting as a number 2 to the Head of Finance.
The ideal candidate will need to a finalist or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountant and demonstrate strong leadership skills in the day to day operations as well as team management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Line management of a team of 5
- Producing the Management Accounts
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Reporting on financial performance
- Data management and audit compliance
- Cashflow and treasury management
- Stakeholder management and business partnering with the wider teams on financials
