The One Group are delighted to be working with an industry-leading healthcare provider who not only offer specialised training to industry experts but are also manufacturers of high-quality products.

Despite the company being over 60 years old, the past year has seen a big transformation stage for the business, which has led them to hunt for a new Head of Marketing to help guide them into this new phase.

As well as nurturing a team of 2, you will play an active role within the senior management team, working closely with the General Manager to shape the strategic direction for the brand across both B2B & B2C channels. You will lead the marketing function of the UK business while working collaboratively with Global Headquarters to ensure the sharing of best practice and UK strategic alignment to global objectives.

The role brings elements of both B2B and B2C and includes responsibility across digital channels, agency management, managing and implementing national events and analytics.

The salary for this position is £60k - £65k depending on experience and is predominantly based on site at their modern Northampton office.
