My client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator (12 month ftc) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working in a busy, supportive team, you will provide a first-class administration service to the managers.
Managing a busy HR mailbox and processing incoming correspondence.
Accurately maintaining the department's paperless document management system.
Producing reports from the HR system using formulas and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.
Ensuring legal compliance for all processing including GDPR.
Escalating or referring complex issues and cases when needed.
Providing support to other team members when needed.
Taking responsibility for your own work including your levels of accuracy and output
You will need the following experience:-
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (that can be highly pressured during certain times in the month and year), ideally within an HR department.
Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills and want to deliver great service to our managers.
Highly organised with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player with a flexible attitude in order to quickly respond to changing priorities.
Ability to plan and prioritise workload and process high volumes of data.
An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to people on the telephone.
Excellent letter-writing skills.
Salary £26-28k plus "very good" benefits.
