HR Advisor - 6 month FTC
I have an immediate need for a strong HR Advisor to support with a range of HR duties. This is a contract role initially but there is a likelyhood that it may be made a permanent position, although this is not confirmed.
This is an amazing opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of HR, you will be delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service by building relationships and coaching business managers.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will need to bring professionalism with the ability to speak to people at all levels within the business.
Experience of working at an advisory level is essential and experience of managing consultation processes regards redundancy would be advantageous.
The role is being offered on a hybrid working pattern and they are based in Uppingham so you would need to be able to commute approx. 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting line managers with employee relations,
- Assisting with onboarding of all new employees,
- Supporting in all areas of the employee lifecycle,
- Improving efficiency and effectiveness in both policies and processes.
CIPD part qualified or qualified by experience would be preferred.
