Are you an Early Careers Advisor (from the Learning & Development side NOT the Recruitment side)?

Our client, a fantastic organisation based in Stevenage is looking for an Early Careers/Apprenticeships Specialist or an HR Generalist with relevant Early Careers experience to join the team. Reporting into the HR Manger of the Early Careers Programme, you will be designated business areas to ensure that they deliver high quality development experiences for all the Apprentices and Graduates.

  • Consulting with and advising aligned internal stakeholders, the Early Careers Programme members, Placement Managers, Team Leaders etc
  • Responsible for deploying development activity to all the EC programmes in your areas
  • Working with aligned eternal learning providers and academic institutions
  • Support the Early Careers Managers
  • You will get the opportunity to work or own key projects for the Early Careers team.
  • You will support or own the Graduate or Apprentice Scheme society accreditation process.

You will need the following experience:-

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent or relevant training or development qualification
  • A Generalist HR background as well as some previous development and line management experience
  • Good knowledge of the Apprentice Levy and the Early Careers sector
  • Clear and credible communicator who can build strong working relationships.
