The ONE Group have partnered with a global company who work within the semiconductor industry and manufacture some of the most high-tech systems in that market. Due to incredible growth over the past 12 months (and even more growth plans across the next 12 months), they are looking to expand their HR team.

A generalist HR role throughout, you will support managers across the site, lead HR projects, take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, and support the learning and development across the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a couple of years' experience as a HR Advisor, knowledge of employment law and experience being the first point of contact for all HR queries. You will come with a hands-on nature, happy to roll your sleeves up, passionate, and pro-active.
