HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join an innovative, world leader in the design and manufacturing sector. They are looking for a HR Manager to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to the business ensuring best practice on issues relating to employment, recruitment, Health and Safety, Training & Development, benefits and employee relations to meet the demands of the business.

The successful applicant will help coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assist and advise company managers on all Human Resources issues.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the role is varied, incorporating the full range of activities for an EMEA HR department; ER and Projects, Benefits, Recruitment and L&D.

Duties will include:

  • Resolution of complex employee relations issues; including conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Supporting EMEA recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Working collaboratively with management anticipating HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions.
  • Building strong working relationships across the organisation, delivering value-added service to both management and employees
  • Maintaining employee records, updating the HR systems, performance management and improvement of systems
  • Interpretation of employment legislation in order to develop and document policies.
  • Assisting with HR reports i.e. headcount, turnover, sickness, appraisals, probationary reviews, contract reviews etc.
  • Administering the employee reward and recognition scheme.

To be considered for this position you will need to have a true passion for people and enjoy working in a busy fast past environment.
You will ideally have 5+ years experience working in HR at Business Partner/Senior Advisor level
Experience of working in an ISO environment and dealing with complex overseas employment contracts is desirable.

You must be able to drive and live within a one hour commute of Stamford, Lincolnshire as this role will be office based.
