The company is going through a time of positive change and you could come in and be a part of the development by providing regular reporting analytics on a global scale along with working with the Digital Marketing team to help shape and support the customer experience. This role will involve:
- Provide insights to the Sales team
- Help with future business planning
- Customer insights
- Customer behaviour
- Support with the influence of enhancing the customer ordering and delivery service
- Reporting
- Making suggestions for positive change
- Putting together presentations
- Delivering results clearly and concisely for all to understand
- Provide snapshots for senior management
- Meet with Management teams to provide valuable insights into their concerns
- Research areas of growth and decline
- A fresh approach to problems and obstacles
To be considered for this role we are looking to speak to experienced candidates ideally from healthcare, NHS or manufacturing backgrounds however, there is the ability to be flexible about your industry knowledge as full training is provided.
We are looking for:
- A strong analytical background
- Previous Insights experience
- Ability to present in a clear fashion
- Worked with on and offline campaigns
- Advanced user of Excel
- Work off your own initiative as this role will be working from home and in the office
- Managing internal and external agencies
- Results-driven
- Focused mindset
- Ability to work on numerous projects at one time
