Are you a proactive and dynamic individual with a knack for building strong customer relationships? Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a leading Manufacturing company based in Hatfield?

Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Hatfield (the role is full time office based)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm; Friday, 8am to 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and foster sales opportunities with prospective customers.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone and email.
  • Provide timely updates on order status and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role with technical/engineering aptitude.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Dynamic personality with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Self-starter mentality with a "can do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Competent numerical and computer literacy skills for data management and analysis.
  • Experience of ERP, CRM packages would be advantageous, but full training will be given
