IT Support Technician - Systems and Applications
Unique chance for an IT support technician to join a motorsport and events business based at the historic racetrack in Silverstone.
No experience required and this could be a first role out of education, alternatively it could suit an existing L1 support specialist looking to progress and further specialise in Business Systems and Applications, training will be provided on this aspect.

Role/Responsibilities
1st line IT support to users ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
Application Support of Ticketing/Leisure Systems.
Systems Administration
Provide excellent customer service
Inbound service request diagnosis and resolution
Desktop issues affecting users, workstations, applications and file storage
Set up new PCs & laptops
Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to hardware
